Sarah is responsible for managing Visit Jersey's trade relationships and business in the UK, France and Germany. Supporting long-term incremental growth in visitor numbers and spend to deliver the Jersey Destination Plan. Sarah is also responsible for working with our trade representatives to identify new source markets and travel trade buyer opportunities.
My top tip
“My top tip in Jersey is to book a guided tour. Whether your interest is food, nature, the island's history, or to learn more about the occupation of Jersey during WW2. The local guides can bring the island's story to life, sharing hidden tales and fascinating facts.
I would follow this with a visit to Faulkner's Fisheries in St. Ouen's Bay, where in the spring, summer months you can enjoy a BBQ with freshly cooked seafood, locally grown Jersey Royal Potatoes and homemade Jersey garlic butter, whilst taking in the stunning views across the bay.
To complete the day, I would then head to The Blind Pig, a secret Prohibition style hideaway, for an exquisite cocktail.”
